Microphone or pronunciation is not working

Pronunciation practice needs both Microphone and Speech Recognition permission. Open iOS Settings, find Radical Trainer, and confirm both are enabled. If either permission is off, pronunciation practice may be skipped or unavailable until you turn it back on.

Daily reminders are not appearing

Daily practice reminders are local iOS notifications. Open iOS Settings, check Notifications for Radical Trainer, and confirm alerts and sounds are allowed. The App can only schedule reminders after you approve notification permission.

Purchases, restores, and cancellations

Purchases are handled by Apple. If you bought an unlock on another device, use the restore purchase control in the App if available and make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID.

To cancel a subscription, open iOS Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, then select Radical Trainer. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
