Terms of Use
By installing or using Radical Trainer (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on iPhones you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). The Standard EULA is incorporated into these Terms.
Purchases
Radical Trainer may offer paid access through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Product availability and final prices are shown inside the App before purchase.
- Radical Trainer Lifetime is a non-consumable purchase with product ID
com.inkvi.ChineseRadicalsTrainer.lifetime. - Radical Trainer Monthly is an auto-renewing monthly subscription with product ID
com.inkvi.ChineseRadicalsTrainer.sub.monthly.
Auto-renewing subscription terms
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The monthly subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Cancellations, refunds, and price changes
Cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple. To cancel, open iOS Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, then select Radical Trainer. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
If subscription pricing changes, Apple will show the updated price before renewal where required by law or App Store policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where law expressly permits.
- Modify, redistribute, resell, or attempt to sublicense the App or its bundled assets.
- Interfere with Apple's purchase systems or attempt to access paid features without a valid entitlement.
Intellectual property
The App, including its source code, curriculum structure, interface, artwork, audio, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Chinese characters themselves are not claimed by us.
Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, or a specific learning outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Apple as third-party beneficiary
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple is not responsible for support or maintenance of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
