Terms of Use
By installing or using Radical Trainer (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on supported iPhone or Android devices you own or control. For the iPhone version, this is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). The Standard EULA is incorporated into these Terms for the iPhone version only.
Free access
All lessons in the current iPhone and Android versions of Radical Trainer are free. No subscription or in-app purchase is required. Lessons unlock as you complete the learning path and pass its reviews.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where law expressly permits.
- Modify, redistribute, resell, or attempt to sublicense the App or its bundled assets.
Intellectual property
The App, including its source code, curriculum structure, interface, artwork, audio, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Chinese characters themselves are not claimed by us.
Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, or a specific learning outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Apple as third-party beneficiary for the iPhone version
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple is not responsible for support or maintenance of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
